The only gallery I can see is the Jackson 5 and jacksons/OTw, and the rest are missing. I am trying to figure out what happened? Is it a technical problem? or is it just me?

I was just checking the gallery and I can see all eras and categories.

Hello: The issue has to do with permissions.  She used to be an admin, and now she's a "member."  BUT it appears that any non-admin ("Members" group) are having the same problem.  Not sure when the issue started, but long story short, I just tried to adjust the permissions and issued a trouble ticket.  I'm sure it will be resolved soon and I'll post an update right here.  Ron

P.S. Aline, the reason you are not having the same issue is because you are an "Admin" which is a different group than "Member".  Ron

Well, I changed the permissions on the other 6 Galleries, so you (and all other members) can see them now.  HOWEVER, all of the sub-categories within each Gallery are not visible.  Somehow, someone manually "unchecked" the permissions for members for all of these categories.  I issued a trouble ticket on this as the Global Edit Permissions does not seem to be working correctly and it would take "forever" to have to manually checkmark the permissions on each sub-category (there are hundreds of them!) Ron

BTW, MJPC=Joe Dokes=Ron Sweet.  "Joe Dokes" is a test account I set up to be able to view what non-Admins are able to view.  MarielovesMJ-when did you first notice this? Did it happen today and if so, what time? Please post your reply here.

Today, I was able to see the all the categories yesterday. And it was like that when i went in but I don't know what time exactly that it happened. Maybe around 6:00am-9:00 am central time. when I click a photo from recent photo display, it said that I did not have permission to go on other galleries.

Here are the examples of what It looks like to me in this screencap.

Okay.  We're aware of the issue and opened a trouble ticket so should hear back soon. I'll post any updates here. Ron

Okay, I check on it tomorrow to see if it will work. I hope that I would be able to see at least all the galleries and subcategories because they do not work.

Having the same problem right now. Did yesterday too.

So to sum up, this is a clitch in the system and when it's fixed, we will be able to view the photos like before?? Meaning ALL of the photos and ALL of the subcategories??

I so enjoy looking at MJ pics, so I hope the problem will be solved soon. Thanks for a great site

Hi all: It's been fixed, as you no doubt have seen.  What happened was, we had to increase the PHP limits because we have SO MANY CATEGORIES of photos.  We actually have thousands of entries, so they had to be expanded.  So the issue should be resolved, so happy viewing!!! Ron
