I wanted to take a little time to introduce myself to you and to share something very special with you.
My name is Kerry Ward and I am P R Coordinator for Michael's Dream Foundation Inc.
I am here today to tell you all about the Foundation and why it is so important.
Michael’s Dream Foundation is a grass-roots initiative started by people from all over the world who want to make a real difference in the lives of children by helping them to recover from illness and injury in as short a time as possible. Poor emotional health can weaken a body’s immune system, which not only increases the chance of becoming ill, but can also lengthen an existing period of illness. This is true for adults and children alike, but can be more extreme in children because of their naturally fragile emotional state. The dream is to carry on the legacy of one of the greatest humanitarians the world has ever known, and we intend on doing that by helping "a million children" - just as he intended. - See more at: http://www.michaelsd...h.9IIDhnfp.dpuf
The reason why Michael's Dream Foundation is so important is because of our ultimate aim.
You will know from the Conrad Murray trial that Michael wanted to build a children's hospital with the proceeds of the This Is It Tour. Sadly, he never got to do that.
We at Michael's Dream Foundation felt this was a great injustice, which is why we intend to do this for Michael. Yes - that's right - we intend to build a Children's Hospital in Michael's honour - just as he intended to do.
But we need you! We need you to support us.
Such a task is going to take a lot of time and the support of many, and that is why I am appealing to you today - to help us to spread Michael's message of love and to keep his legacy alive! When we finally build that children's hospital; just imagine how strong Michael's legacy will be - and you can be a part of it!
So please, take the time to visit our website to find out more about us and join with us and we make Michael's last dream come true! <3
