Why does it matter how famous he is? Being too famous actually had a damaging effect on his life. People will come to understand the person Michael really was and how fantastic his music was as individuals not through some trumped up popularity contest. Let Lady Gaga win it. She won't be remembered by future generations as one of the greatest entertainers ever, Michael will.
