Have you tried youtube?  It may be there.  I know it was from a court deposition where someone had said Michael hadn't paid him for something.  Also try fanpop, they get some video there and I've seen the still photo and other pics from the same day.  I love this look as well.  Good luck!  Let me know if you find it!
